Creator Gifting Drop — Terms & Conditions
Zilch Clean Sheets · last updated July 2026
These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which you can take part in the Clean Sheets Creator Gifting Drop (the “Gifting Drop”), operated by MXI Group (“MXI”, “we”). By claiming a scarf you agree to these Terms.
1. Who's running it
The Gifting Drop is operated by MXI. The scarves are Zilch-branded merchandise and the campaign promotes Zilch, but Zilch Technology Limited does not operate this page and does not receive the personal data collected through it (see section 8).
2. What it is
The Gifting Drop is a private, invite-only gifting programme for selected content creators, separate from any public Zilch promotion or prize draw. Up to 100 limited-edition England scarves designed by Chunkz (each a “Gift”) are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last during the period 11 June 2026 to 19 July 2026, or until all Gifts are claimed, whichever is earlier.
3. Eligibility
- You must be a UK resident aged 18 or over.
- The Gifting Drop is invite-only. You must have received an access code directly from MXI or its representatives. Access codes are personal to you and must not be shared or published.
- One Gift per person and per household. Duplicate claims (including by the same email address) will be rejected or cancelled.
- No purchase or Zilch account is necessary.
4. How claiming works
- Enter your access code, complete the claim form and submit it. A claim is only complete once you see the on-screen confirmation with an order reference.
- Once all 100 Gifts are claimed, the form closes and no further claims can be made.
- MXI may reject or cancel any claim it reasonably believes to be automated, duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete or in breach of these Terms.
5. The Gift
- One (1) England scarf per successful claimant. Gifts are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
- The scarf is a free gift. There is no obligation to post, feature or promote Zilch or the scarf in any content, and receiving it is not conditional on doing so.
- If a Gift arrives defective, contact us and we may, at our discretion, replace it or substitute an item of equal or greater value. This is the sole remedy for any defect.
6. If you choose to post
If you do choose to feature the scarf in content, you must comply with the UK advertising rules (CAP Code) and ASA/CMA guidance on gifted products — including clearly labelling the content with #AD (or your platform's paid-partnership label) and any compliance wording provided with your invite. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own content. MXI will not use, reshare or repurpose your content without asking you first.
Important — Zilch is a regulated financial product. Your content must not reference, describe, promote or express opinions on Zilch's payment or credit products or services (for example "buy now pay later", "spread the cost", "interest-free", credit limits, or encouraging anyone to sign up to or use Zilch to pay). Content that promotes a regulated financial product may constitute a financial promotion under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and cannot be published without the required approvals. Keep your content to the scarf, the design and the giveaway — see the posting guide on the claim page for examples. MXI may ask you to amend or remove content that does not follow this section.
7. Delivery
- Gifts are delivered free of charge to UK addresses only, via tracked post, normally within 30 days of a confirmed claim.
- Delivery is handled by our fulfilment partner, TheFullWorks Limited.
- MXI is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.
8. Data protection & privacy
In short: MXI uses your details to send you the scarf and sort any delivery issues, shares them only with the delivery partner, and deletes your address details once your scarf has been delivered. Your data is not passed to Zilch.
This section is the privacy notice for the Gifting Drop — it describes everything we do with your personal data, so there is no separate privacy policy to read.
- Who is responsible: MXI is the controller of the personal data collected through the claim form. Zilch Technology Limited does not receive or process the personal data you submit here.
- What we collect: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number and (optionally) your channel, company or agency name, plus your consent confirmations and an order reference.
- Why we use it, and our lawful basis: to confirm and administer your claim, arrange delivery of the Gift, handle delivery queries, enforce the one-Gift-per-person limit, and prevent automated, duplicate, fraudulent or abusive claims. We rely on your consent (given via the claim form) and our legitimate interest in running the Gifting Drop fairly and securely. We won't use your details for marketing, add you to any mailing list, or sell or share them for advertising.
- Who we share it with: the details needed for delivery (name, address, email, phone) are passed to TheFullWorks Limited, our fulfilment provider, solely to deliver the Gift and handle delivery queries — see TheFullWorks' privacy notice. Claim data is stored securely with our service providers for the purposes above. No other sharing takes place, and nothing is shared with Zilch.
- How long we keep it: your address and phone number are deleted once your Gift has been delivered and any delivery queries are resolved, and in any event within 60 days of the Gifting Drop closing. A minimal record (name, email, order reference) may be retained for up to 12 months where necessary to evidence the gifting arrangement and prevent abuse.
- Your rights: you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw your consent at any time (which won't affect anything done before withdrawal, but may mean we can't deliver the Gift). To exercise any of these, email info@mxigroup.co.uk — we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we'd appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
9. Fair use
MXI may disqualify anyone who attempts to manipulate, abuse or undermine the fair operation of the Gifting Drop, including automated claims, false information, sharing access codes, or fraudulent behaviour.
10. Changes or cancellation
MXI may amend, suspend or cancel the Gifting Drop where required for legal, regulatory or operational reasons, or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Valid claims already confirmed will not be affected.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MXI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Gifting Drop, including website downtime or technical failures, delayed or failed claims, or lost, delayed or damaged deliveries. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by English law and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
