Creator Gifting Drop — Terms & Conditions

Zilch Clean Sheets · last updated July 2026

These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which you can take part in the Clean Sheets Creator Gifting Drop (the “Gifting Drop”), operated by MXI Group (“MXI”, “we”). By claiming a scarf you agree to these Terms.

1. Who's running it

The Gifting Drop is operated by MXI. The scarves are Zilch-branded merchandise and the campaign promotes Zilch, but Zilch Technology Limited does not operate this page and does not receive the personal data collected through it (see section 8).

2. What it is

The Gifting Drop is a private, invite-only gifting programme for selected content creators, separate from any public Zilch promotion or prize draw. Up to 100 limited-edition England scarves designed by Chunkz (each a “Gift”) are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last during the period 11 June 2026 to 19 July 2026, or until all Gifts are claimed, whichever is earlier.

3. Eligibility

4. How claiming works

5. The Gift

6. If you choose to post

If you do choose to feature the scarf in content, you must comply with the UK advertising rules (CAP Code) and ASA/CMA guidance on gifted products — including clearly labelling the content with #AD (or your platform's paid-partnership label) and any compliance wording provided with your invite. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own content. MXI will not use, reshare or repurpose your content without asking you first.

Important — Zilch is a regulated financial product. Your content must not reference, describe, promote or express opinions on Zilch's payment or credit products or services (for example "buy now pay later", "spread the cost", "interest-free", credit limits, or encouraging anyone to sign up to or use Zilch to pay). Content that promotes a regulated financial product may constitute a financial promotion under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and cannot be published without the required approvals. Keep your content to the scarf, the design and the giveaway — see the posting guide on the claim page for examples. MXI may ask you to amend or remove content that does not follow this section.

7. Delivery

8. Data protection & privacy

In short: MXI uses your details to send you the scarf and sort any delivery issues, shares them only with the delivery partner, and deletes your address details once your scarf has been delivered. Your data is not passed to Zilch.

This section is the privacy notice for the Gifting Drop — it describes everything we do with your personal data, so there is no separate privacy policy to read.

9. Fair use

MXI may disqualify anyone who attempts to manipulate, abuse or undermine the fair operation of the Gifting Drop, including automated claims, false information, sharing access codes, or fraudulent behaviour.

10. Changes or cancellation

MXI may amend, suspend or cancel the Gifting Drop where required for legal, regulatory or operational reasons, or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Valid claims already confirmed will not be affected.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MXI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Gifting Drop, including website downtime or technical failures, delayed or failed claims, or lost, delayed or damaged deliveries. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by English law and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
